We are growing and looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this position, you will be taking inbound calls for repair, maintenance, and installations of residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
You will also be making outbound calls to our current clients to check in after service has been completed, offering maintenance memberships, and following up on open sales proposals.
This position requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality.
Someone who is not afraid of a little rejection, who is easy to talk to, and who likes helping people.
Solid computer skills and a self-driven attitude are a must to succeed in this job.
Work Hours:
7:
30 am to 4:
30 pm, Monday through Friday; occasional overtime may be required.
Pay Scale:
$16.
00 - $19.
00 per hour depending on experience

Qualifications:
Exceptional customer service skills Experience using a CRM or Dispatching Software 1-2 years of customer service experience Experience in inside sales, call center, or telemarketing is preferred Experience in the HVAC industry is a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong computer skills Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Positive can do attitude.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
