Key Responsibilities Coordinate and perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews Communicate clear expectations to restoration technicians and supervise their activities Document a detailed and accurate job file to support the services provided Manage labor and consumable item usage on assigned projects Communicate with restoration project manager and office staff on project progress and issues Additional
Responsibilities:
Communicate and follow all OSHA guidelines for job safety Follow IICRC protocols and guidelines for uniform, accurate scope of work Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly Coach and train restoration technicians Position Requirements Easily adapt to and understand mobile apps to include data entry Valid driver's license High school diploma/GED (preferred) At least 1 year of experience in cleaning, restoration, or construction moves you to the front of the line! IICRC certification a plus but not required, we will send you to the trainings.
Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (i.
e.
