Perform cleaning/janitorial duties to well - established standard procedures covering assigned territory, but without immediate supervision.
Clean and supply designated facility areas such as offices, restrooms, lunchrooms, and manufacturing areas, sweeping, mopping, performing essential inspection and maintenance activities.
Assigned heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Maintenance duties indoors/outdoors Performs minor repairs and maintenance such as replacing light fixtures or unclogging pipes.
Assists in cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and cafeteria.
Performs limited grounds maintenance such as mowing and trimming lawns and hedges and cleaning snow from sidewalks Maintains a neat and orderly janitor's room; ensures cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked.
Washes windows.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
