We need an associate with experience in family law.
The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for important work, including:
o Performing Client Needs Assessmentso Directly communicating with clientso Preparing for and attending court hearings and trialso Drafting all manner of pleadingso Communicating with opposing counsel and court professionalso Drafting correspondenceo Working closely with support staff to ensure effectiveness and client satisfaction
