Provide radio dispatching and customer service assistance.
Maintain Bus Operator staffing requirements daily.
Maintain records within dispatching software and other databases.
Monitor baseradio, EcoLane, AVAIL GPS system, and DataPoint.
Monitor and enforce company policies and procedures.
Schedule:
Typically Monday - Friday 11:
30am - 7:
00pm (Subject to change depending on staffing needs.
) High school diploma or GED required and at least 5 years of passenger car driving experience required.
2years of Transit Operations and/or Customer Service experience Intermediate knowledge of computer applications, including MS Office.
Knowledge of the service area (Cambria County and Windber Borough) Knowledge of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Pay rate:
$19.
