Experience a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Organization, preparation and oversight of all aspects of real estate transactions Preparation of legal documents pertinent to real estate transactions Coordination with clients, lenders, realtors involved in each transaction Update and maintain evidence of communication with involved parties Data entry into job-specific software Collection, submission and dissemination of pertinent documents to involved parties Handling and retention of loan documents and other legal forms The ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via email The successful candidate will be able to:
Manage & coordinate residential and commercial real estate transactions, including preparation of legal documents, liaising with buyer, seller, real estate agents, and lenders Manage timelines, prioritize tasks based on urgency, and problem solve Adapt to new software and associated processes Work independently, with the understanding that Attorney oversight and assistance will be fully available at all times.
