OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT ROLE:
Accounting Assistant
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, payments, and reconciliations.
Handle accounts receivable tasks, such as billing, collections, and customer account management.
Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Assist in financial data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT:
2 years
