Required Experience/Skills:
1-3 Years documented Ford parts experience.
Proven sales performance Computer skills required Excellent customer service Required Education:
High school or equivalent.
Associates or bachelors degree preferred, but not required.

PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND ABILITY - IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, I WILL BEAT WHAT YOU'RE MAKING NOW Responsibilities - Manage parts inventory, including stocking, order fulfillment, and inventory control using POS system.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, utilizing strong communication skills.
- Process retail sales transactions accurately through the cash register, handling cash and ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
- Utilize automotive diagnostics knowledge to assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their vehicles.
- Collaborate with sales team to promote and sell automotive parts, utilizing negotiation skills when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring a visually appealing and customer-friendly environment.
- Utilize computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, to track inventory, sales, and customer information.
- Assist in vehicle maintenance tasks as needed, demonstrating knowledge of automotive repair and service.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing parts department operations efficiently.
- Uphold dealership standards and uphold a high level of professionalism in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
