Driver - Ebensburg


Drivers will work under the supervision of a Transportation Coordinator, carrying out a number of important tasks including:

  • Driving members to and from the Center, and ensuring a safe, reliable trip each day
  • Assisting passengers and their personal medical equipment on and off vehicles
  • Vehicle safety checks
  • Sticking to pick up and drop off schedules for all routes
  • Aiding teams at the center, including assisting in select social activities, meal service and member needs, as they arise


All applicants should be team-oriented with a strong work ethic and good communication skills. Candidates must be 25 years old or older, with a high school diploma or GED and a valid Pennsylvania driver s license. CPR and adult first aid certification and a nursing assistant certificate are preferred, though not required.


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
