 Job Summary This position is responsible for all aspects of network administration including servers, desktop systems, communications hardware/software and office systems.  This position is located on-site in our Ebensburg, PA headquarters.  Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions of the Job) 1.  System administration (including backup, security management, user account management, e-mail                systems including e-mail web server, internet access, office systems and applications support, VPNs,                firewalls, switches, routers, LANs, WANs, wireless access points, etc) 2.  Performs network access syslogs and audit reports 3.  Supports server, network and desktop hardware, software and applications 4.  Performs technology needs analysis 5.  Rolls out hardware and software to ensure optimal deployment of resources 6.  Plans, implements, and supports the network and computing infrastructure plan 7.  Manages small to medium-sized projects according to agreed upon budgets and schedules 8.  Assists with technology planning through ongoing research 9.  Consults with clients to specify system requirements and design solutions 10. Works in tandem with IT and Support Departments  Other Responsibilities All other responsibilities as assigned in accordance with qualifications. Knowledge and Skill Requirements Education - Associate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or Business                                            Administration, supplemented with one or more courses in current technology.  BS preferred. Experience - 5-8 years of progressively responsible experience as an administrator on a medium-sized                                        network of servers, desktop systems and communication devices using current technologies Certification/Licensure - VMWare, Microsoft, ConnectWise and Cisco Skills and Abilities Required knowledge of Windows servers and desktop products. Require knowledge of VMWare infrastructure and network product lines. Demonstrated knowledge of setting up remote access for users. Demonstrated ability to administer a 250+ node network including firewalls. Demonstrated ability to support networked printers and photocopiers. Demonstrated working knowledge of current communications devices and protocols, server and desktop technologies. Orientation and training of new staff. Ability to negotiate hardware/software service and technical support contracts with vendors. Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously. Supervising, coaching, and mentoring of network services assistant position. Facilitation and change management skills. Must be able to maintain security and confidentiality over sensitive customer or business information. Must be able to clearly express ideas verbally, graphically and in writing for professional interaction with customers and co-workers. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean record. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
